Role Description

• Full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent, embodying the essence of Emas Estate's commitment to excellence.
• Facilitate property viewings by articulately presenting our properties’ unique features and advantages, enhancing potential buyers' decision-making process.
• Negotiate and finalize sales, balancing client satisfaction with the agency's objectives, ensuring a harmonious and lucrative outcome.
• Forge and nurture enduring relationships with a diverse clientele, offering personalized guidance throughout their property acquisition or sale journey.
• Collaborate closely with fellow agents and team members, fostering a cohesive environment that elevates client service to the highest standard.
   

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing attitude. Great interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering trust, pivotal in nurturing client relationships. Selling is about building relationships.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring effective communication with our diverse clientele.
• Adept at negotiation, with a strategic approach to achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Previous knowledge of Real Estate contracts and procedures would be great. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptation is more important though.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, thriving in both autonomous and collaborative settings, with a keen eye on targets and results.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other essential sales tools, streamlining lead management and sales tracking.
