- Welcoming guests and/or customers who visit the vOffice office in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serving and/or directing the needs of guests and/or customers accurately and efficiently.
- Managing the use of office facilities according to the applicable regulations in accordance with the benefits of the rented facility products.
- Providing information and/or presenting products and facilities provided by the company according to the needs of guests and/or customers.
- Building and maintaining warm and sustainable communication and/or relationships with customers for customer loyalty purposes, including with guests for future sales of the company's product rentals.
- Organizing and overseeing the cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas on duty, including operational office needs such as drinking water, stationery, and others that have become standardized office facilities.
- Responding to complaints appropriately and effectively.
- Acting as a communication liaison between guests and/or customers and/or company partners and/or building management with internal company parties, and vice versa.
- Making reports related to their work according to specified directions, deadlines, and formats.
- Organizing and creating petty cash reports for the office on duty.
- Assisting the duties of the Call Center Representative Team, when necessary.
