Key Responsibilities
- Achieve the monthly revenue target by gaining a thorough understanding of your client's business, culture and successfully advise on the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
- Actively found and sealed a partnership with new clients.
- Build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality, and results
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the sales-related role or recruitment industry
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious Sales targets and working under high pressure.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, organized and action-oriented approach with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills – you will need to enjoy sharing information and building relationships
- Goal driven & able to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to build a solid understanding of your client's needs and wider industry trends
- Independently motivated & a team player
- Speak English Fluently
