Responsibilities:
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates: CV selection, Contacted potential applicants, interviews and decision-making.
- Build and develop recruitment strategies
- Managing the employment documents and pre-onboarding procedures, including document preparation, pre-set-up working tools, are accurate and on schedule
- Maintain and create talent pool channels and sourcing through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, job fairs, key communities, and relevant schools.
- Assessing employee needs through performance reviews and exit interviews to identify areas for improvement or intervention
- Assist in performance and training management processes
- Excellent screening and interviewing skills for potential applicant
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents on behalf of the company or instructed by Directors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources Management, Law or Equivalent
- 5+ years experience as a recruiter.
- Experience with posting jobs online and writing job descriptions.
- Fantastic interpersonal and communicative skills
- High Initiative, Agile, able to work underpressure and Multitasking
- Good Communication in English, both written and oral
- Good ability to go where the highly-skilled potential employees are and engage their interest
- Willing to work in Denpasar, Bali
