Sourcing and Attraction:
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers.
Partner with users to understand job requirements and expectations.
Provide guidance on market trends, salary ranges, and other recruitment-related matters.
Administer skills assessments, tests, and other evaluation methods to ensure candidate suitability.
Check references and perform background checks as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed of their status in the hiring process.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR function, preferably in construction field or Real Estate.
Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
Prefer domicile in Bali.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry changes.
