Recruitment SPV will assume responsibility for fulfilling the manpower requirements across outlets (restaurant lifestyle concept) & the head office. This role involves coordinating with users, establishing & maintaining a comprehensive database, managing walk-in interviews & fostering partnerships for recruitment channel.
Job Description:
- Participate in full-cycle recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and selection of suitable candidates
- Plan and conduct selection and hiring procedures in specific timeline (job posting, screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews, on-boarding)
- Managing documents and data related to recruitment process including applicants documents and offering letters.
- Manage recruiting pipeline including determining resources status
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Management / Psychology is preferred
- Preferably experience with background in F&B (restaurant lifestyle concept)
- Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor
- Excellent data reporting skills
- Experienced in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Have strong analytical skills, good service orientation, stylish appearance and team player
- Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO policy
- Willing to work in North Jakarta (Pluit) area.
