- Planning and monitoring of sales team performance and to recruit sales people or front liner base on the planning and needs.
- Address critical problems and suggest promt solutions.
- Propose region wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitoring progres Grand Opening End to End Operation.
- Report on region-wise sales results
- Evaluate and develop the sales activity to increase the sales.
- Develop and retain team by monitoring, coaching and motivating.
- Ensuring that the expenses of the accounts managed do not exceed the unit's allocated budget.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required sales, business, management, marketing or related degree preferred.
- Having 5 years experience as Regional Sales Manager in selling Hospitality, Retail and Sport Family Entertainment.
- Good leadership and Team work.
- Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Computers: Ms. Office.
- Willing to Business Trip.
