Regional People Partner Lead

The Regional People Partner Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding the local HR teams to effectively implement company policies and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of labor regulations and experience in managing human resources at a regional level. The Regional People Partner Lead will play a critical role in driving the overall success of the company's people strategy.
Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support the local HR teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation of HR policies and practices
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
• Provide guidance and expertise on labor regulations, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture across the region
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair, objective, and timely manner
  

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a regional capacity
• In-depth knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations within the region
