Job Description:
- Partner with HR Business Partners to coordinate and ensure the delivery of HR initiatives across the region
- Bridge the gap between HR Business Partners and the Centre of Excellence functions to develop and align appropriate HR Business Partnering initiatives
- Coordinate HR projects in the following domains: recruitment, talent management, learning and development, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development
- Project-manage the implementation and review of HR Business Partnering initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness
- Track and monitor project progress and escalate problems to relevant stakeholders whenever necessary
- Any other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of HR experience
- Experience in working for large technology companies and their various people initiatives is a plus
- Detail-oriented and strong project management skills
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Good communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English
- Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
