As a HR Business Partner & CountryHR Lead for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for partnering with managers to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations, and by providing HR support for a defined team or location. Reporting to Country Managing Director, you will be accountable for the leadership and collaboration of the HR community across a country and ensuring country fiduciary people requirements are duly met & complied with. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Minimum bachelor’s degree/ master’s degreeMinimum 10-15 years of experience of related experienceA level of seniority and maturity requiredAbility to deal with/wear different hats as HRBP and Country LeadAbility to lead and influence other HRBPs in other Business Areas as the Country LeadStrong knowledge of visa processes and requirements for expats, Business visa, visitors, technical foreign workers etc Good working knowledge of ID Labor Laws and requirements and up to date with changesGood organizational skills, ability to maintain accurate HR records/data. Good communication skills and able to collaborate with CHO and other Division / Region Leads when requiredA strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelinesA high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologiesA collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skillsManfaat
