The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic liaison between the HR department and business units, ensuring the integration of HR strategies with business objectives.
This role involves working closely with senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance, culture, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Alignment : Align HR strategies with business objectives, working closely with management to identify HR needs and solutions that support business goals.
- Talent Management : Plan & execute talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure attracts and retains top talent.
This includes managing recruitment processes, employee development programs, and succession planning.
Performance Management : Implement and oversee performance management systems that reflect employees' contributions and align with company objectives.
Facilitate regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment and resolving issues that may arise.
Promote employee engagement and satisfactions.
- Change Management : Lead change management initiatives, assisting teams and management in navigating organizational changes with minimal disruption.
- Compliance and Policies : Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal standards.
