Responsibilities:
- Membawahi area coverage Sumatera, Kalimantan, & Sulawesi
- Meningkatkan omset & produktivitas (distribusi) all produk
- Monitor Briefing, Market Visit & Joint Visit dengan tim Sales
- Melakukan supervisi penjualan dan stock product di distributor
- Melakukan pengembangan area dan distributor
- Report daily, weekly & monthly monitoring Sales Performance
Requirements:
- Min. Pendidikan S1
- Min. 2 tahun pengalaman di posisi Regional Sales Manager (RSM) di channel GT (General Trade)
- Familiar dengan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel & PowerPoint)
- Communication, Presentation, Leadership, Data Analysis and Coordinator Skills
