We are looking for a qualified Regional Sales Manager to expand our dairy business in Sumatera region.
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
- Manage Sales Team and Distributor to generate and meet sales target
- Support the learning and development of Sales Team.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Experienced in managing Sales Team
- Well rounded knowledge on Sumatera region and its culture
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
