Develop and implement compliance policies and/ SOP for the company.Ensure all departments understand and adhere to the regulation requires and policies.Prepare routine compliance reports for the regulators.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement compliance policies and/ SOP for the company.• Ensure all departments understand and adhere to the regulation requires and policies.• Prepare routine compliance reports for the regulators.• Communicate with regulatory authorities and relevant external parties.• Handle external audits and coordinate the company's responses.• Ensure a clear understanding of compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory and compliance, especially in the Digital Signature, eKYC and/or Saas industries.• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.• Strong analytical skills to understand the impact of regulations on the company.• Efficient time management skills to handle various tasks and deadlines.• Ability to work with confidentiality and maintain the secrecy of information.
