Reservation Supervisor

Uraian Tugas

Key responsibilities :

Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales representatives.
Providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to improve the sales team's performance.
Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
Conducting sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies.
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and clients.
Developing and maintaining sales reports and analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales for at least 2-3 years.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
