Key responsibilities :
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales representatives.
- Providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to improve the sales team's performance.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
- Conducting sales meetings and performance reviews with the team.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and clients.
- Developing and maintaining sales reports and analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales for at least 2-3 years.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
