Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Supervisor located in Balangan (Jimbaran) Bali. The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for lead and supervise reservation staff, providing guidance, training, and support. Overseeing daily reservations operations, managing customer service inquires and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and conducting trainings for reservations agents.
Qualifications
- Experience as reservations min. 3 years
- Reservations and Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing and training teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction
- Experience in hospitality (Hotel / Villa)
- Willing to work in night shift
- Fluent in English
