Reservations & Sales Officer

The Role at a Glance

Our job here at Villa Finder is to help our guests create the perfect holiday in the perfect villa and you will be the one leading this mission. You will be taking care of the reservations coming from Villa Finder and OTA's and will make sure that the OTA's are always optimized in order to confirm as many bookings as possible. This job needs your interaction with our guests from all over the world.

What your day will look like:

• Manage incoming client requests for villa rentals in Bali (email, phone, OTA)
• Help guests to find the perfect villa for them if they don't know yet what to book and be their go-to for information regarding the destination
• Answer guests' questions (price, discounts, inclusions, conditions, etc.) and close sales
• Handle reservations and issues from all OTA's; Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda etc.
• Work closely together with Travel agents worldwide and build strong connections
• Liaise with villa owners when necessary
• Learn in-depth information about our villas and Bali as destination
• Inspect villas and creating genuine relationships with owners, staff, and management
• Inter-department communication to make the booking process as smooth as possible
