Job Descriptions
Residential Services :
- Greet residence / Guest Room visitor
- Handle daily mail distribution process.
- Get approval from Operations Coordinator to permitting parents visiting the boarders’ room and monitor the visiting hour.
- Ensure required forms are completed by visiting parents (e.g identifaction, required forms to be completed).
Handle the request for Game Room usage :
- Equipment shall be kept by Residence Services Staffs
- Ensure boarders records in the log book (before and after borrowing).
- Ensure the equipments permanently located in Games Room and equipment borrowed are completely return in good condition.
- Daily up-date room availability status
- Handle room management and reservation
Information & Complaint Services Management :
- Respond to various complains from residence / guest room visitors.
- Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
- Provide information and advice to customers according services guidelines in the hall of residence.
- Provide announcement and up dated information to residence via letters, pin board.
- Distribute complains to respective area and provide final status information to related customer.
Administrative Duties :
- File report on various violation or irregularities (i.e., missing keys, money, guest’s belongings, etc.)
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with residence / guest room visitors.
- Arrange activity report to coordinator.
Improvement Contribution :
Suggest input and further improvement for the complaint management services enhancement.
Other duties :
Carry out any additional task assigned by the supervisor.
General Requirement :
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) preferably from any major
Work Exposure / Experience :
- No working experience
