- Work closely with the front of the house F&B team to ensure successful service
- Supervise and assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items
- Develop and implement creative menu items that adhere to Hyatt brand standards
- Short- and long-term planning for the department
- Hire, train, and empower colleagues
- Review performance and support career objectives of colleagues
- Oversee payroll, scheduling, reporting, forecasting, inventory, and budget
- Address questions as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
- Implement procedures to increase guest and colleague satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt standards
