Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities :

·  Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities, including greeting guests, taking reservations, and managing table assignments.

·  Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a professional demeanor.

·       Oversee the dining room flow to ensure timely seating and service.

·       Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.

·       Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.

·     Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

·   Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

·   Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.

·  Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with sanitation standards.

·   Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.

·         Assist in scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

·   Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a casual fine dining establishment is required.

·    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.

·  Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of team building and motivation.

·   Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, culinary terminology, and Quinos system.

·  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace and professionalism.

·    Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

·         Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

·         Proficiency in restaurant management software and basic computer skills.

·         Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred.
