Responsibilities:
- Screen, interview, hire and train restaurant staff
- Conduct SOP training and disciplinary action
- Manage the restaurant’s staff schedules
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant’s kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
- Oversee food preparation, presentation and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
- Monitor the inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
- Monitor the restaurant’s cash flow and settle outstanding bills
- Resolve the customers’ complaints in a professional manner
- Execute marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the Chef to use cost efficiently
- Make strategic business plans
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven 3 years of working experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent organizational and management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver
