Your Mission

Owner relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns.
• Understand and anticipate the unique requirements and preferences of each villa (owner) to provide personalized service.
• Convert new villas to our Distribution solution (in Bali as well as our other destinations)
• Understand and communicate on market and industry trends

Villas ROI & Revenue

• Work on pricing, targeted offers and marketing campaigns
• Grow the occupancy and revenue of the villas
• Make suggestions on product & service improvements
• Build projections and create revenue reports for villa owners

Distribution

• Lead the distribution strategy of our villas: direct, B2B partners, OTAs
• Help partners sell our villas by growing product knowledge, creating marketing materials, launching marketing campaigns, and more
• Develop great relationships with our distributors
• Identify and source new distribution partners worldwide

Assistant manager

• Be proactive and supportive. Help to solve issues and villa complaints.
• Train and support colleagues by sharing knowledge on our villas, products and services
• Shared ideas about process improvements

About You

• Fluent in English and bahasa Indonesia. Other languages is a Plus.
• Great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving mindset.
• At ease with numbers.
• Loves to bring new ideas to the table.
• Independent and self-driven.
• No nine-to-five mentality.
• Good with time management.
• Experience in the Villa rental or Hospitality industry.
• Experience with Marketing strategies.
