General Responsibilities
1. OTA/hotel booking engine/other E-Channel Management and maximize the sales, create short term and long term sales promotion plan in order to fill in vacant villas, communicate and maintain relationship with account manager and maximize the sales opportunity, conduct promotion, coordinate E-marketing with marketing team to maximize the result, controlling rate parity and inventory daily basis, monthly online business production report to marketing team in order to analyze the result, manage OTA/hotel booking engine rates for yielding based on hotel business situation
2. Train sales team for deep understanding on OTA, Hotel booking Engine, other online channels to maximize the performance
3. Keep communicate with offline sales team to well understand the offline contract rates and maintain the healthy rates on online business
4. Zero error on inventory and rates update
5. Conduct competitor pricing check weekly and understand market trends, catch up with new upcoming OTAs
6. Supervise reservation and other sales team in term of pricing and Revenue management
7. Identify hotel specific online needs following target market segment.
8. Create annual sales target based on potential agent, by understanding sales trend for each market
9. Zero error on online information in term of picture, villa policy, term and conditions, contents, and regularly audit star ratings and guests review by coordinating with marketing team when necessary.
10. Regular Meeting and Reporting
11. Perform revenue management to maximize the revenue( Refer to “Revenue Management”)
