Demonstrated Leadership, integrity and disciplined
Proven track record as an E-Commerce Manager in marketplace and something like that (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc)
Possess contacts/networks; to assist the entry of sales team for expanding the current client base
Proficient in Interpersonal Skill, Leadership, Team Building and Problem Solving
Target-oriented and able to drive P&L for the team
Excellent Communication
Able to coordinate sales and organization's business processes
Able to open & develop distribution areas and Online market development.
Duty :
Assist in training, and developing Sales staff and Service Team to achieve company targets and standards
Control budgeting sales online achievement (profit and loss) for ads and etc
Analyze performance data, including sales in marketplace, profits, and employee performance, and take necessary actions to improve outcomes
Business development in the coverage area
Developing positive relationships and act as the point of contact while handling customer’ needs
Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience.
Manage client input and feedback for all prospects
