Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and driven Reward & HRIS Assistant Manager with Payroll Responsibilities to join our team at Eurokars Group Indonesia. This role will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager in developing, implementing, and managing effective reward strategies and HRIS initiatives, as well as assisting in payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive reward and recognition programs aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Support in conducting market research and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with HR team members to administer employee benefits, including insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Assist in analyzing employee compensation data and trends to make informed recommendations for salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
- Manage the HRIS platform and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data, including payroll and attendance.
- Provide technical support and training to HR team members and end-users on HRIS systems and processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HRIS policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Assist in payroll administration, including processing payroll, verifying timesheets, calculating wages, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reward management, HR technology, and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in reward management, HRIS administration, and payroll processing.
- Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including salary benchmarking and incentive schemes.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Expert in taxation, especially Article 21, and stay up to date with government regulations to ensure compliance in payroll processing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Certification in HR or related field is a plus.
