Position: Sales Admin
Location: Bandung
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in aiding our sales team's success by providing comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include creating reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring the sales team is aligned with the targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create weekly and monthly reports on the sales progress of the DFC team, Task Force, and Reach.
- Conduct budget monitoring to ensure financial targets are met.
- Break down sales targets for the team to ensure clear and achievable goals.
- Support the General Manager in communicating Incentive Target Parameters to the team.
- Update and maintain sales data for each team on a monthly basis.
- Monitor team turnover and generate monthly sales trend reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to update and manage data efficiently.
What We Ask:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in administration, preferably within a sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to understand English at a passive level.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong analytical mindset.
- Willingness to be based in Bandung.
