Sales Agent – Villa Management (Canggu – Uluwatu)

Are you a highly- driven individual with solid experience in the Bali Real Estate market? One of Bali’s leading Villa Management companies is looking for a Sales Agent to join their team immediately.  

The ideal candidate is responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Requirements : 

- Open for local and expat candidates.
- Min. three years of experience in the Bali Real Estate market, Villa Management, Hospitality or with other relevant work experience.
- Good time management and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Organised, punctual, flexible and detail oriented. 
- Must have Bali Real Estate market knowledge and working experience in Bali. 
- Mastery of both spoken and written English is essential.
- Track record of past work experience and/or proof of successfully closed deals.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and driving a motorbike.

- Showcase your confident communication skills while interacting with international clients. 
- Take the lead in property viewings, guiding clients through their potential future homes with expertise and confidence.
- Use your negotiation skills to draft and present compelling purchase offers to vendors, securing mutually beneficial deals.
- Use your expertise in property valuation to calculate ROI and set competitive property sale price expectations. 
- Stay on top of property trends in the vibrant Canggu and Tabanan areas, ensuring you’re always one step ahead.
