Sales Agent Property

Qualifications:

1. Based in Bali, able to join immediately.
2. English is a must.
3. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, luxury retail or hospitality management or similar customer service roles.
4. Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate sales professional is not necessary but highly appreciated.
5. Hold Real Estate License is a plus.
6. Understanding the tax and government regulation in realestate field.
7. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
8. Strong sales and communication skill will be appreciated however world class sales training will be provided to the right candidate.
9. MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and assist clients in purchasing property under the best terms with integrit
2. Determine client’s needs and financials abilities to propose a suitable solution
3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
4. Showcasing suitable projects and providing the relevant information
5. There’s a career progression opportunity for the right candidate. There will be a sales commission rates provided by our company.
