**Responsibilities:**

Develop and execute comprehensive Sales and Marketing plans to drive villa rental bookings and revenue growth.
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other partners to generate leads and referrals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to showcase our properties and services.
Coordinate site visits and property tours for clients, offering exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the booking process.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of bookings and guest experiences.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Open-minded and creative thinker, with a passion for exploring new ideas and innovative approaches to Sales and Marketing.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website analytics.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
