Sales And Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum master’s degree in marketing, Management, or a relevant field.
• Have an age maximum of 35 years old.
• Have at least five years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager, especially in the tourism and hospitality industries.
• Understand Channel Management Systems, Property Management Systems, Front Office Systems, Back Office Systems, Booking Engine Systems, Point of Sales, and Customer Relationship Management.
• Have a good understanding of sales data management and reporting.
• Have excellence in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understand traditional, emerging, and digital marketing channels well.
• Can think creatively and innovatively.
• Have good analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Understand the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
• Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing with a minimum TOEFL score of 600 or IELTS 6.0
• Target oriented
• Willing to travel out of town.

Responsibilites:

• Conduct planning, development, and execution of strategic marketing plans.
• Manage sales in pricing, offering to customers, and monitoring sales results.
• Create sales planning and periodic reports.
• Identify problems faced by consumers and seek opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company and be responsible for the sales team's targets.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department.
• Implement strategy and promote a business, product, or service.
• Ensure the company communicates the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
• Build good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups, including product management, sales, or customer support.
• Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
