Qualifications:
- Have a minimum master’s degree in marketing, Management, or a relevant field.
- Have an age maximum of 35 years old.
- Have at least five years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager, especially in the tourism and hospitality industries.
- Understand Channel Management Systems, Property Management Systems, Front Office Systems, Back Office Systems, Booking Engine Systems, Point of Sales, and Customer Relationship Management.
- Have a good understanding of sales data management and reporting.
- Have excellence in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understand traditional, emerging, and digital marketing channels well.
- Can think creatively and innovatively.
- Have good analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Understand the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing with a minimum TOEFL score of 600 or IELTS 6.0

- Willing to travel out of town.
Responsibilites:
- Conduct planning, development, and execution of strategic marketing plans.
- Manage sales in pricing, offering to customers, and monitoring sales results.
- Create sales planning and periodic reports.
- Identify problems faced by consumers and seek opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company and be responsible for the sales team's targets.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department.
- Implement strategy and promote a business, product, or service.
- Ensure the company communicates the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Build good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups, including product management, sales, or customer support.
