Job Description:
- Develop new customers, sales territory and markets, building PR with existing and new customers and suppliers.
- Sales of products through specialized knowledge of the products, along with deep understanding of customer needs.
- Responsible for achieving sales volume and gross profit target.
- Perform pre and post sales support, and training support for new installations.
- Conduct Sales and Service negotiation with clients and suppliers.
- Solve customer’s and supplier’s complaints effectively and submit regular and timely sales reports.
- Following up on customer payment status or help to resolving shipment issues etc.
- Monitor competition in the market and manage payment collection.
- Implement responsive, responsible and reliable value in team.
- Willing to travel and perform other job duties as assigned by Management.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events.
- Documentation and updating of Sales and Service activities within CRM database.
- Ability to legally drive a vehicle and travel across cities boundaries as needed is required,
Requirement:
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree in relevant experiences.
- Experience in Laboratory Equipment Sales or Service at least 1 year.
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivated, hardworking, high responsibility and be able to ownership of work.
- Able to work in a team, energetic, strong negotitaion skill and presentable.
- Having own car / motorcycle and possess valid driving license
- Work location in Bekasi
