Sales Associate
Job Duties:
1. Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers with a personalized approach, providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend products and create lasting relationships.
2. Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of luxury items, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand history.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the market.
3. Sales and Targets:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product presentation and persuasive selling techniques.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
4. Visual Merchandising:
- Contribute to maintaining an aesthetically pleasing store environment through proper product placement and displays.
- Ensure the store reflects the luxury brand's image and standards.
5. Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns to uphold the store's reputation for exceptional service.
6. Stock Management:
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining organized product displays.
- Monitor product levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
Requirements Profile:
1. Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail management is a plus.
2. Experience:
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
