Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead sub-dis sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Liaise with Merchandise and Marketing Head to ensure brand consistency.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
- Managing sales promoters / field merchandisers to drive effective growth in sales.
- Ensure all customers payment and rebate claims are managed in line with terms of agreement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master Degree (preferred in Business / Marketing Management)
- Experience in similar position or organization min. 3 years.
- Experience on handling Modern Channel and General Trade.
- Coming from FMCG Company (it’s additional value).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
