Sales Associate / Sales Advisor / Client Advisor

Job Description :

* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, customer engagement, and relationship-building.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized and attentive service.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's products and heritage to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Stay informed about the latest collections, materials, and craftsmanship techniques to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to enhance the customer experience.
* Proactively follow up with clients to nurture long-term relationships.
* Maintain a client database and use it to drive sales and repeat business.
* Assist in maintaining visual standards and ensuring the store is always presented in a luxurious and appealing manner.

Minimum Qualifications :

* Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably have an experience as a vehicle Sales Promotion in automotive event or as a Client Advisor in luxury brand/store at mall (LV, Channel, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, etc)
* Have an experience as flight attendant is a plus
* Preferably have an experience as a Client Advisor for luxury furniture store
* Have a good communication skills
* Target Oriented, excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skill, problem-solving, detail oriented and presentation skill
* Good analytical thinking
Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi or Pantai Indah Kapuk - Jakarta Utara (preferably live around PIK, Sunter, Kelapa Gading, Dadap Tangerang, Cempaka Putih, Kemayoran, Pluit)
Willing to follow the On-site /Offline Recruitment Process in Head Office Mangga Dua, Jakarta Pusat
