- Diligently prospecting to get a lot of prospects or leads, especially for OEM skincare & personal care.
- Bring the results to the company (by increasing your sales continuously).
- Maintaining the clients by building good relationships and following up them.
- Thinking creatively to improve your sales and performance.
- Learning about our services and the process or procedures so you can explain rightly to the customers (service knowledge).
- Working smart with monthly and annual target to achieved company sales target.
- Well adapt and can work in fast paced is a plus point.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field of B2B Sales is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Sales of Manufacture of Beauty Industry/ Skin Care/ Personal care.
- A strong strategic thinking and problem solving.
- Having a good selling and negotiation skills is a must.
- Having good networking, strong leadership, good attitude.
- Dynamic, consultative and influential sales communications style.
- Results oriented individual with proven sales success, with proved record.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- The ability to develop outstanding relationship with clients and internal team members at all levels of the company.
- Able to speak English, writing mails, and able to communicate with international clients would be a strong point.
