The Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development and Sales team in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical for spearheading Usertip's growth by identifying and nurturing sales opportunities through lead generation, qualification, and effective follow-up strategies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in scheduling demos and driving our company’s client base expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently generate new leads and identify sales opportunities through various channels.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, interest level, and potential for partnership.
- Execute follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and interest.
- Schedule product demonstrations for qualified leads, coordinating with the product team as necessary.
- Utilise CRM tools to track and report on lead management activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and closure.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to close qualified leads.

- Recent graduate or young professional passionate about B2B/tech sales and eager to excel in a fully remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in lead generation and qualification.
