Qualification:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the distribution (trucking) segment.
- Identify target markets, industries, and potential clients for distribution services.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to acquire new business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the distribution segment.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
