Job Description:
- Specialty Sales of Raw Chemical, properly explain the products offered, respond customer requirements as well as establish a solid relationship with the customers
- Plan, Act., and maintain good or potential customers
- Acknowledge the demand for the intended market & application, for recognize and grab the sales opportunity
- Ensure market coverage within the assigned industry, to be assist in product develop & new potential products
- Negotiate tender and contract term to meet both customers and company needs
- Liaise regularly with customers and continuously report to the division management as well as to reach the sales target
Requirement:
- Graduated minimum D3/ Bachelor Degree in chemical engineering/ industrial or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the related field, have strong contacts / relationships with industrial and food and beverage companies / relationships with related industrial.
- Maximum age 35 years old (m-ale priority)
- Has experiences in solvent based & project sales
- Able to work in team, able to work effectively as a team player, multitasking task, self-motivated and well-organized person
- Own driving license
- Having board thinking, creative, able to analyst well, good respond
- Energetic & high-spirited for the products offered
- Good knowledge and understanding of CHEMICAL PRODUCTS
- Willingness to travel for business
- Able to communicate actively with English and Indonesian, both oral and written
- Mastering of computer operations and office software
- Good communication and interpersonal
- Net & tidy with strong sense of responsibilities
- Having strong relation on industrial chemicals, include setting up customer network and key accounts
- Has experiences in industry, such as Textile, Printing, Flavour, Pharmacy, Cosmetics, WTP, Oil & Gas field, Formulator, etc.
