Job Description - Sales Engineer - HVAC
To achieve Key Result Areas (KRA) as definedTo generate and deliver accurate proposals, sales forecasts, and periodic collections, as well as report expenses in accordance with Company PolicyTo build and maintain strong relationships with all customers by maintaining regular calls and visits

Responsibilities
• To execute and carry out the supply scope as stated in the purchase order and generate invoices/bills accordingly• To maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base over time for sustainable business expansion• To keep constant field information, provide relevant information on competitor activities, products, prices, promotional programs, and implemented results to York and competitor activities• To liaise with sales/service administrators and finance departments concerning computerized systems, timely collection of payment (Credit Officer) from customers, credit issues, and maintaining a good customer credit profile• To ensure accurate and timely responses to all customers at all times• To maintain close relationships with dealers, consultants, and end users
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent• At least 8 years of work experience in the relevant field, HVAC knowledge• Proficient in direct sales and business opportunity hunting• Experience in Retrofitting is advantageous• Basic understanding of SAP operations is advantageous• Required skills: communication skills (oral & written), presentation, sales, project management, negotiation, team facilitation, interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize options, good analytical skills, and good administrative skills
