Job Descriptions :
- Report directly to the Sales Manager (Surabaya Office)
- To visit all assigned or potential customers in their territory, communicate, and persuade the customer to buy our product on a regular basis
- A daily/weekly/monthly visiting report to make sure job done and sales target achieved.
- Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints
- Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing
- Collaborate in the team to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
- Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing, and inventory
- Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
- Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase
- Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of the company.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any Chemical Studies or Business/Management/Economy Studies
- Preferable candidate that have 2 years experience in the well-known chemical trading company in Indonesia as a salesperson in charge
- Working under minimum supervision, work hard, sales result oriented.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Industrial / Corporate Sales
- Discipline in time management
- A person who is easy-going, talkative, and socially easy to blend with people from field worker to top rank management
- The applicant's age is not more than 30 years old.
