Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales/Business Development Representative to expand our presence and drive sales across the island and beyond. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in forging strategic partnerships with upscale resorts and boutique establishments, showcasing our premium swimwear collections to discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with luxury resorts, spas, and boutiques across Bali to showcase our sustainable swimwear collections.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to penetrate new markets and exceed revenue targets.
• Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the hospitality industry, effectively communicating the value proposition of our brand.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our B2B clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or luxury goods industry.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with high-end resorts, boutique hotels, and premium retailers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Passion for sustainability and ethical practices, with a genuine commitment to promoting eco-conscious brands.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferred).
