Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales of Business Assurance and Certification services that span across various industries and sectors
- Identify, create, and follow up on new accounts and manage and service assigned accounts
- Collaborate with both operation and marketing teams in new product and market development
- Participate actively in marketing programs and customer-focused events
- Generate prompt and accurate quotations for inquiries and ensure timely response to customers’ inquiries, feedback, and comments, including preparation of tender documents when applicable
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
- Support collection of payment
- Will be located in Surabaya
Key Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with sales and marketing experience
- Good written and spoken English, and good communication skills in reporting and presentation. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must.
- Experience and knowledge in Management System Certification schemes and/or Training services is a MUST
- Experience working in a TIC company would be a great advantage
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations
