Job Responsibilities / Job Descriptions :
1. Aggressively acquire new potential customers.
2. Identify and prospect new business/clients via cold calling and sales activities.
3. Follow up new inquiries, produce quotations, and gather feedback.
4. Follow-up order and co-ordinate with internal team until job completion.
5. Co-operate with vendor or overseas agent to execute businesses well.
6. Regular visits to both existing clients and potential target customers.
7. Receive complaints and provide problem solution to ensure customers’s satisfaction.
8. Produce weekly sales report containing sales activities and sales plan.
9. Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets monthly sales target.
10. Ability to strategically analyze and pursue opportunities to deliver continuous growth to the company.
11. Monitor profit taking percentage as per rule and generate revenue independently.
12. Responsible for any other ad-hoc duties as required by management.
Necessary skill/experience needed :
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 2++ experience in sales field in logistics business, freight forwarder, customs broker, liners, export and import.
3. Good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Good command in English (to use in documents, report, email as majority, and conversation).
5. Have proper knowledge in providing warehouse service and quotation as well as warehouse operations.
6. Former experience in international operation (customer service & documentation) should be recommended.
7. Broad knowledge & understanding of international freight forwarding business (export&import, sea&air, domestic).
