Job Desc:
• Responsible for the achievement of Sales Volume (Unit & NF) , Approval & Selling Rate
• Analyze market situation & make plans, specific actions to generate better sales (Sales package etc.)
• Controlling and Monitoring Account Officer performance (Coaching & Counselling) and Training New Account Officer
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from reputable university, preferably in economics/related field
• Having Experience min. 5 years of experience in financing institutions/bank as a supervisor or senior staff in the field of sales
• Having a financing business knowledge
• Having knowledge of financial products owned by the company
• Excellent reporting skills and presentation skills
