- Customer Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients for our digital accounting solutions. This includes lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing client relationships.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our digital Accounting Services and stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
- Market Research: Continuously assess market conditions, competitors, and client needs to adapt and refine the sales strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align product offerings with client needs and market demands.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or related field with strong achievement in direct selling
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth
- Experienced in selling Accounting Services Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English Fluency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Preferably accounting consulting BD/sales.
