Sales Manager - Food Ingredients

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives.
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the food industry, focusing on natural preservatives, flavors, hydro-colloids, and lactic acid.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding our product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Food Ingredients sector.
• In-depth knowledge of natural preservatives, flavors, hydro colloids, and lactic acid.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
