About Our Client

Our client is a leading label and packaging solutions provider, specializing in the garment/fashion industry. As they continue to expand their market presence, they are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and foster strategic partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities:


  1. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the garment industry and among fashion brand owners.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

  2. Network Expansion:
    • Leverage existing network and establish new connections within the garment industry and fashion sector.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build and maintain a robust professional network.

  3. Sales Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire a sales team to achieve collective and individual sales goals.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance the team's performance.

  4. Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Utilize market insights to develop and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in label business will be an advantage
  • Strong network within garment manufacturers and brand owners in the fashion industry.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Sales-driven personality with a go-getter mentality.
  • Excellent business development and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Ability to travel as required.
