Duties/Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to the Team;
- Responsible to enlarge the portfolio of MIKI Travel clients;
- Review and analyzes sales and reports, determine profitability and targets;
- Business development
- Promote and sell MIKI Travel products and services;
- Analyze market trend and destination,
- Identifies and analyzes client’s preferences to properly direct sales efforts,
- Planning, forecasting & segmenting; follow up projects (wins or losses),
- Assigns clients and sets quotas for the Team;
- Clients management
- Identify new clients,
- Developing new business opportunities and expand customer base in order to achieve sales target in a competitive environment,
- Identify potential new customers and maintain good sales relationship with existing customers,
- Maintains and expands customer database,
- Identify market requirements, provides constructive recommendations, and works with the Teams to support our business,
- Actively follow up on the quotation requests from the potential clients;
- Participate to travel workshops, travel fairs, or sales trip as assigned by the Company;
- Consultative selling
- Sales visit and calls,
- Sharing with the potential clients to understand the needs and requirements, identifies and give suggestions, share products, or services that will meet those needs,
- Prepare quotation for clients, negotiation and deal closing,
- Active problem solving and complaint handling, provide prompt response and resolve internal issues;
- Collaborates with the Country Manager to develop sales quotas and strategies;
- Performs other duties as assigned;
- Consolidating and prepare sales reports and meetings;
- Plan and implement sales delivery targets and KPI’s;
- Attend and participating in regular internal sales meetings, providing recommendation on business strategy for responsible accounts;
- Ensure the businesses are in accordance with the Company’s policies.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills;
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of Europe destinations;
- Possess good travel agent’s network would be added advantage;
- Target and customer-orientated, result-driven, a good teamwork player and independent;
- Proficient in PC operation, especially Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google Workspace (Drive, Meet, Calendar, Document.
Education and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree holder;
- At least 7 years sales experiences in the travel industry, ideally with DMC or travel agent;
- Proficient in PC operation, especially Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google Workspace (Drive, Meet, Calendar, Document);
- Team leading experience is a MUST;
- Excellent command in written and spoken English.
