【Job Details】

• Coordinate with our in-house design and support teams, along with our partner companies.
• Develop detailed proposals for furniture projects, covering layout design, interior design, and IT integration.
• Lead our sales team to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the President Director and other Managers to explore new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at project sites, occasionally taking on-site management duties.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to maintain safety standards.
• Engage directly with key clients nationwide to promote our products.
• Contribute to policy development and strategic planning.
• Represent our company at industry events to showcase our initiatives and programs.

【Requirements】

• 3~5 years of experience as a Sales Manager for Japanese companies.
• Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher, preferably N2).
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related major.
• Business level English proficiency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Cooperative with another internal team.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
