Job Description :
- Manage and implement long and short-term marketing planning.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed parts or battery sales targets in Indonesia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets and customer segments to drive growth in assigned territory.
- Maintain and improve good relationships with customer. Responsible for managing sales performance and the results.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Making Weekly Sales Report, Update Weekly Sales Acivity , Checking And Follow Up Shortage Material, Checking/Controling Forecast Customer.Controling Schedule Submit Invoice.
- Responsible for checking the contents of marketing contract.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Electro/Metallurgy Engineering or related field.
- Minimum experience as a sales supervisor or sales manager.
- Have experience working in a mining company.
- Have knowledge of batteries or spare parts for motorized vehicles and heavy equipment vehicles.
- Have negotiation skills and abilities (negotiation skills, leadership, presentation, data analysis and problem solving).
- Able to speak English well, both oral and written.
